Kalu A/S is a company specialised in importing and selling specialities from all over the world. Our prime range of products includes French poultry, foie gras, wild game, exotic game, lamb and ostrich. We have all kinds of cuts, packed for wholesalers and retail clients. Kalu has a wide range of all kinds of specialities of fresh, frozen, dried and smoked. Our range includes delicatessen, French cheese, frozen pastry, fruit purées, desserts, ready meals and convenience. We have products from all over Europe: France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Scotland, Greenland, Belgium and Denmark, of course. Furthermore we import from USA, Australia and Africa. Our clients are to be found among the finest restaurants, retail business and wholesalers in Denmark. In the years to come, Kalu’s objective is to develop the sales to our existing segments with emphasize on the quality.
